Our online dispatch team will be having a well deserved break from Thursday 23rd December until Wednesday 5th January.

Any orders placed between these dates will be dispatched upon the return.

If you require any exchange or refunds during this time, these will be processed from 10 January 2022.

Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your garment(s) up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. To return your product, email your request to


We will not cover the price to courier back your return item. However, you will not be charged shipping for exchanged items to be sent out to you. Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed back on to your credit card. 


Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of received order
  • Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
  • Include proof of purchase with your return – this would be your Rembrandt Receipt or your Online Order Confirmation

Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
