Purchasing an item from the OUTLET online store is FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty.
If the item is faulty, contact us at shop@rembrandt.co.nz where we will assess your item before providing a solution such as a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Should you not wish to keep your Outlet purchase we recommend you gift it to a friend or donate to your favourite charity. If you do return your Outlet product to Rembrandt warehouse, we will donate it to the Hospice store on your behalf.
