Crafted from 100% pure cotton and printed by Fasac in Como, Italy, the Barbican Shirt combines premium fabric quality with distinctive design. Lightweight, breathable, and comfortable to wear, the fine cotton construction makes it an ideal choice for year-round smart dressing.
Tailored Original Fit
Designed in Rembrandt's Original Fit, the Barbican Shirt features back darts that help create a clean silhouette through the body. The semi-spread collar sits neatly under tailoring, while convertible barrel cuffs allow for a polished finish whether worn with or without cufflinks.
Versatile Smart Styling
The abstract geometric print in soft sand and blue offers a subtle way to introduce pattern into your wardrobe. Wear it beneath a navy or stone suit for a modern office look, or pair it with chinos and loafers for smart-casual occasions where a plain shirt feels too predictable.
Cotton is one of the most popular fabrics for summer clothing because it is breathable, lightweight, and comfortable to wear in warm weather. It allows air to circulate naturally and is suitable for everyday wear.
What fabric is the Barbican Shirt made from?
The Barbican Shirt is cut in Rembrandt's Original Fit and features back darts for a clean, tailored silhouette. It offers comfortable room through the body while maintaining a refined appearance.
How do you style a patterned dress shirt?
A patterned dress shirt is best paired with tailored pieces in solid colours. Keeping your suit, blazer, or trousers relatively simple allows the shirt pattern to provide visual interest without overwhelming the outfit.
Can a patterned shirt be worn for a wedding?
Yes. A refined patterned shirt such as the Barbican can be an excellent choice for weddings, particularly when paired with tailored suiting. The subtle geometric design adds character while remaining sophisticated.
